Picture this: strolling through Matlacha or grabbing a quick bite during one of our bike rides—it was during these moments that we felt an unexplainable connection with the island. Shannon, being a Realtor in SW Florida, kept a keen eye on the properties popping up on Pine Island through the MLS. Then, like a sign from above, we spotted the house of our dreams on the market. It was a lightning bolt of certainty—we knew that this was the perfect place for us. With great excitement, we swiftly sold our Fort Myers home and embraced the call of Bokee Farm!

We are members of the United States Neapolitan Mastiff Club, the the official AKC-recognized parent club for the Neapolitan Mastiff Club formed in 1991.
Our breeding program is intentionally small, allowing us to prioritize quality traits such as temperament and confirmation. As our puppies come into this world, they are welcomed into the heart of our home, where they experience the comforting sounds of everyday life. Classical music fills the air, creating a soothing atmosphere for their early development. We spare no expense when it comes to the well-being of our dogs and puppies, providing them with top-notch care that they deserve.
But our commitment doesn’t end with the adoption. We want every new Bokee Farm puppy owner to feel fully supported, which is why we’ve created a private Facebook group exclusively for our wonderful owners. This group serves as a hub of community, a place where we can connect, share, and witness the incredible growth of our puppies. Oh, how they blossom before our eyes!

Besides our dogs, we have a handful of furry, feathered, and scaled critters who live with us at Bokee Farm. At the moment, we have a giant Sulcata tortoise, 3 parrots, dairy goats, a mini donkey, some turkeys, bees, and a small flock of chickens who provide us with delicious eggs.
