How Our Waitlist Works

Given the rarity of available puppies, securing a Bokee Farm bundle of joy is made possible by placing a deposit. Rest assured, this deposit will be applied towards the purchase price of your future puppy, ensuring your spot in line to choose from our exceptional litter.
Deposits vary depending on the timeline, allowing you to plan accordingly:
- $250 for reserving a puppy from a future litter before breeding begins.
- $500 for reserving a puppy from a confirmed pregnancy litter.
- $1000 once the puppies are born, cementing your place in line.
Deposits serve a dual purpose, benefiting both the buyer and the breeder. They enable us to track reservations for each litter, while also signifying the buyer’s earnestness and dedication to welcoming a Bokee Farm puppy into their home. By accepting a deposit, we, as breeders, demonstrate our approval of the buyer as a suitable home and solidify our commitment to providing them with a wonderful puppy. It’s important to recognize that deposits create a mutual agreement between the buyer and seller, safeguarding the interests of both parties. The breeder pledges not to sell the chosen puppy to anyone else or accept additional reservations for that particular litter, while the buyer commits to purchasing the puppy exclusively from the breeder.
Please note that deposits are non-refundable due to the careful considerations we make when reserving your position. As we prioritize our communication and allocate time towards your inquiry, we may have turned down other potential homes for that specific puppy. However, we understand that timing can be crucial, and we are more than willing to transfer/roll over deposits to future litters, ensuring you find the perfect match when the time is right. We want you to feel comfortable and never pressured to take a Bokee Farm puppy until you are fully ready.
There are only two instances in which a deposit would be returned:
- If, within 24 months of your deposit date, we are unable to provide a puppy for you due to lack of breeding.
- If, after careful consideration, we determine that you/your lifestyle/your living situation may not be the optimal fit for a Bokee Farm pup. It's important to note that this decision is not a personal judgment, but rather our commitment to ensuring the well-being and thriving of our beloved puppies remains our top priority.
