We were looking for a long coat chihuahua and contacted Lisa and Shannon. They have a beautiful home and property where they raise their babies.
We purchased our little one right after the litter was born. Lisa texted me pictures and videos a couple of times a week for 8 weeks until we picked her up which helped us to stay involved with her growth. When we arrived at their home we had talked so much we felt like part of the family. We met the mom and dad of our little girl and we’re able to interact with them. You can tell these dogs are loved and part of their family which was important to us.

They were very informative, professional and took so much time and effort to educate my husband and me on procedures and caring for these little pups. This is a perfect model that all breeders should follow.
The temperament of these two pups is very loving because of all the love, affection and care that was shown to them from the beginning. Weekly videos were sent showing their growth and personality. I was especially impressed by how much love, affection and socialization was given to our babies. Because of their efforts and love my Bella and Chico are very loving, outgoing, easy to train and a true joy to our family.

Hello I got my baby boy from Lisa and Shannon! I live in California and Bokee Farm is in Florida, so it was very scary to buy a puppy that far away, but Lisa called me a couple times to make me feel better and to tell me more about her and her dog family. She made me feel really good about it, so I made the decision to buy my baby boy, Dozer! Let me just say how beautiful he is! And he’s such a lover, always greets me when I get home from work with tons of love! Dozer arrived in great health! Lisa walks you through the whole process and is very helpful with any questions!

Over several weeks of researching, she was such a blessing and accepted every question I had with grace and answers. Once we as a family made the decision that a Neo would be an amazing addition to our pack, we quickly got on their list for the next upcoming breeding. Through the waiting period, Lisa again was wonderful in checking in and communication through the whole process.
We are roughly 8 hours away from Bokee Farm so we picked our boy out via video call, such a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the lives, pictures and check ins throughout the 8 week time of Lisa and Shannon raising our Atlas getting him ready for his new life with us. We drove down to pick him up and the farm was absolutely gorgeous! So beautiful! All of the adult Neos were absolutely amazing, and greeted us with such wonderful dispositions!
Our vet was absolutely amazed with Atlas and how well bred and raised he was. We absolutely adore him and look forward to him growing with us! 10 out of 10 will always recommend anyone who is interested in a Neo to Lisa and Shannon at Bokee Farm. We’re forever grateful!

When we went to pick up our puppy we were welcomed to view the adult dogs, and their staging areas. We were influenced to roam about the dogs exercise parcel and ask as many questions that we could fathom.
With all the up front and openness they provided it was easy to obtain the love they have for their animals.

Shannon and my husband talked and talked which gave Lisa more time with Xenia our puppy! Which you could tell she was struggling to see her leave but you tell how she was also excited for us to finally be taking our new baby home! Lisa still remains to stay in contact with us and has checked on Xenia many times to make sure she’s adjusting to her new home. We have had puppies from breeders before but never experienced anything like this!They definitely want what’s best for their puppies! Their babies!

I wasn’t that familiar with the breed but since meeting them at the farm and witnessing them being raised and expertly cared for I’m in awe!
