Pricing is for pet only with spay/neuter agreement at the appropriate age for the breed. Bokee Farm Neapolitan Mastiff puppies cost $3,850 to $5,500, Bokee Farm English Rare Color Bulldog puppies cost $5000-$7000, Bokee Farm Chihuahua puppies cost $2500-$4000 plus delivery if needed.

On rare occasion we do offer breeding rights on certain puppies. We will consider allowing you to purchase breeding rights once we know more about you, your breeding program, and if you are planning on showing the puppy, etc.

Our objective as responsible breeders is to place our puppies in the best possible homes.  We want to be comfortable that our puppy is going to a loving home who can afford to take care it’s needs and care. Some of the criteria we look for:

  1. Have you ever owned the breed before?
  2. Do you have children? If so, what ages?
  3. What other pets do you have in the household?
  4. What size home and yard would the puppy have to use and enjoy? Is your yard fenced?
  5. What type of training and socialization do you have planned?
  6. Are you aware of the potential medical costs associated with breed related issues such as Cherry Eye, Entropion, etc.?

Our preferred way is to come to Bokee Farm and pick up your puppy in person. The closest airport to us is in Fort Myers (RSW). However if that is not possible, there are puppy transport services that will pick the puppy up from us and bring the puppy to you. Shipping cost varies for domestic and international and rates are usually based on how many miles from us to you. In full transparency, ground transport is our least preferred way to get our puppies to you, we feel it is too stressful on our pups to go from our home into a van for days of travel. We will not send our Chihuahua puppies via ground transport – no exceptions. We do have flight nanny and ground transport service providers we can recommend.

No, we do not crop ears. Our understanding is that the best age to crop ears is between 8-12 weeks, so you will most likely have the puppy in your possession during that window. Speak with your veterinarian to determine what age is best to preform the procedure on your puppy.

No, we do not dock tails on our Neapolitan Mastiff puppies. In full transparency we used to dock tails and have recently decided that it is unnecessary to put our puppies through a cosmetic amputation procedure at 3 days old.

When your puppy goes from our home to yours at 8 weeks old and it will have up to date/age appropriate shots, be de-wormed, and have an official health certificate from our vet, Dr. Philip Shaw at Choice Veterinary Services in Punta Gorda, Florida.

After we have decided that a Bokee Farm puppy is for you, we have a wait list deposit that places you as ‘next pick’. The deposit is non-refundable unless we cannot produce a puppy within 24 months that is the sex you are looking for. We do not promise a specific color. This deposit does go towards the full puppy price. If we do not produce what you are looking for in our upcoming litter, you are welcome to transfer this deposit to our next litter and move up the pick list as ‘next pick’. Puppies are chosen from each litter in the order the deposits are received. The timeline for deposits is as follows:

  • Before or when the breeding takes place – $250 deposit.
  • When the vet confirms pregnancy via sonogram 30 days after breeding – another $250 for a total of $500 deposit.
  • When the puppies are born and we know we can provide you with a puppy – another $500 for a total of $1000 deposit.
  • Before or when the puppy leaves the farm at 8 weeks old – complete balance paid in full.

We currently do not show or champion our dogs, however we purchase Neapolitan Mastiffs, English Bulldogs, and Chihuahuas with champion bloodlines. We do our best to make sure each of our dogs are proper examples of the Breed Standard and in great health. We spare no expense when it comes to the care of our dogs. Showing dogs is a huge commitment with travel involved which makes it challenging for us living on a working farm, so we focus on constantly investing and improving our breeding program and leave the show ring as an extra curricular event that we can enjoy when time allows.

All of the dogs in our breeding program have DNA testing done prior to breeding to ensure that our puppies are healthy for you. There is an art and science to responsible breeding. We use our DNA results to pair the best parents together to make beautiful and healthy puppies for you! We use Embark for DNA testing and our vet, Dr. Shaw x-rays hips and elbows for us as well.

Well sadly we have heard some horror stories from our owners about scam artists… So we have our website, a presence on both Facebook and Instagram. We also have testimonials with photos here on our website.

We are always happy to answer quick questions via email/text/messenger, however I (Lisa) prefer to talk on the phone. Please note that we are busy most times tending to our dogs, farm critters, and crops, so if I don’t have time to talk when you call me, we can set up a time to connect. Once the puppies are born, I like to do video chat so you can see the puppies and I can see you!
